I ordered this Jan 4 and it was received Jan 17, that's only 2 weeks! This is my 4th dress I've ordered from Dress First over the past few years. In the past I've ordered the dress size to the closest measurement and then had to have it altered here in Canada. So this time I decided to go with the custom order. Ordering to my measurements the dress fits perfect! I do not need anything altered. All the dresses I've ordered from Dress First are fully lined with formed bust.

My recommendation would be, know your style and don't order something that looks good on the model, but you would never be able to wear.
