"I have the worse experience with this company I'm trying to return I dress I buy and can't get in contact with anyone. The dress is not like the picture the colors are like washed off old clothes and even though I tailor it the sizes are ridiculously wrong. "

"This item did not look or fit like it should have. I promptly contacted customer service to return it and get a refund....sent everything back almost immediately, via express mail as indicated, saw that the item had been delivered and then "radio silence" I can't get anyone to return an email, and it has been a month since it was returned. I would never recommend this company to anyone....I am in sales and have never had such poor customer service."
