Ich wurde damals von meiner besten Freundin an sie weitergeleitet. Die Bestellung hat alles prima geklappt. Allerdings hatte das Pech eine Reklamation zu machen, da mein Kleid mit einem Loch im Ärmel ankam. Mir wurde 50% Rückerstattung zugesagt. Seit August habe ich von der Gutschrift nix mehr gehört oder gesehen. Bei erneuten Anfragen wurde mir immer so ein standardtext gesendet. Sorry, das ist für mich kein Kundenservice. Ich habe Kosten getragen um die kleider verbessern zu lassen. Wenn man etwas zugesagt, sollte man es auch halten. Ich bin so enttäuscht. Meine Anfragen werden ignoriert und ich bekomme auch keine Gutschrift. Echt schade, dass man sein Geld hinterher laufen muss.
